A chocolate girl has found her answer! My afternoon chocolate craving is satisfied by the most delicious, nutritious Cocoa Shake. Mixed with rice milk and a banana (and maybe a strawberry) my lunch is taken care of. A complete meal and totally delicious.

As a renowned fussy eater (and not a breakfast person), the Hero Shakes have been amazing. They are delicious and provide sustenance that lasts for hours, while still being light enough to have in the mornings. It's hard to imagine I ever went a day without them.
